Option of risk classification as part of Client Due Diligence (CDD)

We have recently added a new feature to the professional portal and the client file: the risk classification. Based on the data collected and relevant risk factors taken into account, the professional user can classify the client in a risk category: low, medium, high, or unacceptable. The justification for the chosen risk classification can be recorded in a special comment field. It is also possible to evaluate clients periodically, depending on the risk profile identified. For each risk profile, it can be indicated with which periodicity the review should take place. Once the period has elapsed, the professional user receives a notification. The risk classification is optional, professional users are not obliged to use it.
